They started putting on the siding, and finished the insulation on Friday. They are starting the drywall today (they need hours and so they are planning on hanging drywall all weekend! Eric * Amanda * Anthony * Elliot. Monday, May 28, 2012. We have been very busy working on the yard this spring. Eric and his dad did a great job on the retaining walls. We ended up getting a concrete driveway. It only cost a little more than asphalt- who knew? The front retaining walls from the back. The back left side of the house. The back right side of the house. The three walls behind the garage. The front wall from the front. The front side yard. The other side of the front. The end of the driveway.

Eric * Amanda * Anthony * Elliot. Friday, October 28, 2011. The cabinets went in this week and the tile was finished. They also put the doors in but i didnt take pictures of them yet. They also started staining the windows. Sunday, October 23, 2011. The wood floor started to go in. Tuesday, October 18, 2011. There has been lots of progress in the last few days. The main floor will all be painted by the end of today! And the tile is going in quickly. The tile guy has set up shop in our bedroom.

These pictures are just too cute so i had to share. Monday, tuesday and wednesday are the last three construction days! This past weekend was our first trip camping at our lake lot. It was perfect weather for camping. The boys had a great time fishing. Eric caught a nice bluegill. Anthony tripped/fell when he stepped out of the camper and cut his head on a rock. So now we know where the closed ER is. Luckily it was a nice straight cut and we just needed a little glue.
