I want to do things that are active and social. I want to be in a better mood and have more energy. I don’t want to hate summer and shorts. I want to want to wear a bathing suit. There are a ton of things that I can have and they are tasty and satisfying. What other diet allows bacon and eggs for breakfast? Or steak and eggs for dinner. I love that really.
