This means doing things that I want to do even if I am afraid of doing them. I am not a doctor or an expert on ANYTHING concerning anxiety. I know how awful the feeling of anxiety is and I have allowed it to stop me for many many years but I am slowly beginning to dance. I made it. All the way to the beach! Seriously, being an hour away from home would mean that it would take a whole hour to get back home if I totally freaked out and needed my comfort zone.

It’s so simple to receive Him, lean on Him, and allow Him to work in you through HIS Spirit to teach you how to live for him. He is not forceful. He is gentle.
