The Beatles were a mainstay in the Smith household growing up. I never truly appreciated their music until I understood the lyrics (and that songs were a little deeper than the surface suggested). Looking forward to a fresh start…. Dropped a MINUTE and I’m going to TX! I walked/ jogged a mile again tonight and I dropped a minute from my time on Monday night. I don’t really expect that type of progress every time, but it just felt better this time and it ended up taking me a full minute less than last time to get to a mile. I’m excited! Looking forward to a fresh start…. Last night I started the workout program of the NROLFW (new rules of lifting for women). So far, so good! I could feel the burn last night and I know I got a good workout. It’s not going to be easy, but I don’t see it being such a killer that I give up. I’m a little bit tight/ sore today, but that’s how I like to feel after a workout! Plus for the first few weeks, there are two workouts that I will switch between each time so I won’t be bored! Looking forward to a fresh start…. 2nd week of July…still going well! Last week was quite a roller coaster, but it ended on a high note.🙂 I hope the rest of the month continues to go well!
