I do, however, have a chest infection, but it's clearing up nicely with the help of antibiotics. Only problem is I have to avoid dairy. not easy for a vegetarian who gets most of her protein from dairy sources. It's only for a week though, then the antibiotics will be done and I can have all the calcium I want without it interfering in my getting better process.

I still keep wanting to get back in to lifting 😦 Maybe someday… For now I have just been watching what I eat very closely and maintaining what I have.
