This blog spot has been created for my friends and family so they can follow me through my journey of exploring what they like to do! Photo courtesy of Debbie Montecalvo Photography. Friday, April 8, 2011. No broken legs but a broken elbow! JH is over and what a blast that was! Thankfully I didn't literally break a leg, although I am told I did tear it up on the stage :) However, I DID manage to break a bone doing the next thing on my list- -snowboarding! Don't we look super cute and excited? I have not ...

This blog spot has been created for my friends and family so they can follow me through my journey of exploring what they like to do! Photo courtesy of Debbie Montecalvo Photography. Friday, July 22, 2011. Fun" Run 5K in 99 degree weather! Running in the heat and humidity: fun, you ask? With the promise and allure of free pizza and slush at the finish line, despite the heat, I ran an impromptu 5K last night with my neighbor Melissa. Here is a photo of me with my biggest fans (aka- the "party crew"):.

Thursday, May 5, 2011. Would you do it again? What have you learned? Have you learned your lesson? Those seem to be the questions I get most from doing this, and my answers are:. 1) Would you do it again? 2) What have you learned? I have learned a whole bunch! 3) Have you learned your lesson? Just because I didn't like somet...

Sarah In The City

http://twenty---something.blogspot.com/2010/12/sue-heck-birthday-my-birthday-was-few.html

Sarah In The City. My Life as Larp. Wednesday, December 1, 2010. A Sue Heck Birthday. Matt also got me tickets to see the Boston Ballet perform the Nutcracker on opening night. It was the day after Thanksgiving and we could hardly wait we were so excited (hence the Sue Heck faces). We both loved the show and especially loved the little mice and black sheep dancing around on the stage. The kids were too cute and I couldn't help but want to scoop them up and take them home with me. Three cheers for Sarah!

Sarah In The City. My Life as Larp. Tuesday, February 16, 2010. My Valentines weekend was the best. Matty and I have been wanting to go to the Children's Museum for a long time now and were finally able to go on Friday. It was a seriously good time. We played in the bubbles . . . Performed in a play . . . Actually, Matty performed in a play. I cheered from the sidelines. He did an amazing job as the House of Sticks in The Three Little Pigs.). Had a kung fu match in the Japanese house, . . .

http://twenty---something.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html

Sarah In The City. My Life as Larp. Friday, September 24, 2010. Early Morning Seminary . . . It's 5:35 am, it's as dark as night outside and we are awake and driving to our first class. We're surprisingly happy and alert and the radio is playing nothing but good songs. I try to be positive and decide that this must be a sign. Seminary is going to be GREAT! What am I doing? Is this some kind of joke, seriously? Me a seminary teacher? The students started to arrive and I would love to say things went great...

Sarah In The City. My Life as Larp. Thursday, December 2, 2010. We call him Miguel. After getting him home and setting him up in water the rest of the night was spent decorating, listening to Christmas tunes, watching Christmas type movies and wrapping Christmas presents. I've even begun a big project that, fingers crossed, will be done while it's still useful. I'm making our tree skirt (sorry, no pictures yet). Do you have your decorations up yet? How about a Christmas tree? December 2, 2010 at 12:01 PM.

Sarah In The City. My Life as Larp. Friday, March 19, 2010. One Wild Night . . . I mean Day. It's 4:15 in the morning and instead of being in bed, on this particular morning, you could find me and my two good friends standing in the cold with thousands of other girls outside the Hynes Convention Center in Boston. It was the morning of the Filene's Basement Running of the Brides and we were on a mission. (Click. If you don't know what this is.). Okay, I'm going to be honest here. I was actually scared...

http://twenty---something.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html

Sarah In The City. My Life as Larp. Monday, October 18, 2010. Time to Get Away. Sometimes it's good to get away. Sometimes you need a little fresh air, a little nature, and a little quiet time. Sometimes you need an excuse to pull out your rugged boots and eat way too many ruffles chips while driving around for hours looking at all the beautiful fall foliage. And sometimes you need to park your car and frolic through the fields of an old Shaker Village. We had a lovely weekend! Tuesday, October 12, 2010.

http://twenty---something.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html

Sarah In The City. My Life as Larp. Monday, August 30, 2010. We've enjoyed walks in the evenings, fresh fruit salads, our favorite summer shows, Boston street performers, the beach and even a few trips to Kimball Farms. That being said, Fall is my favorite season and I seriously can't wait! I just need one more beach day and I'll be 100% ready. Sunday, August 29, 2010. Here's just a little of what I get to enjoy on a nice summer day around noon (ish). I live for my Lunch break! Monday, August 16, 2010.

http://twenty---something.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html

Sarah In The City. My Life as Larp. Thursday, May 27, 2010. What's better than getting out to enjoy some sun, 90's tunes and getting a whole ton of free stuff all while enjoying some seriously good people watching? Okay well a lot of things are probably better than that but last weekend this was our best option, so we slathered on some sunscreen and headed out to Earth Fest 2010. Earth Fest 2010 . . . success! Thursday, May 13, 2010. I made a mad dash home to Boise last month and we got a lot of it plann...
