若い時から細々と登り続けて○○十年、相変わらず休日は山へ。体力を含めた登山スタイルは我ながら変わったと、感慨深いものがあります。 7月の連休は礼文、利尻へ。7月17日（金）、朝大谷地で拾ってもらい稚内までロングドライブ。深川から留萌に抜けて海沿いの道を行く。天塩道の駅でお昼、しじみコロッケとしじみみそ汁がおいしかった。以前の記憶ではこの海沿いの道はお花がきれいだったが、今回めだったのはエゾニュウであとノハナノショウブ、ハマナスくらい。稚内に車をおいてフェリーで礼文島へ。今日は香深から少しはなれた手然（てしかり）にあるお宿に泊まる。豪華夕食だった。18日（土）バスで内路の礼文岳登山口へ。8時15分出発。帰りのバスが12時28分なのでゆっくり登ることにする。しばらくはゆるい登山道、見晴が良く...新潟遠征のあと、6月28日（日）は小雨だったので、馬追の長官山にでかけた（初めての山）。7月5日（日）は羊蹄山（真狩）、この日は快晴。...6月20日（土）燕三条から1時間ほどで五泉市の山、越後白山へ。慈光寺という古く大きな寺が登山口。8時15分...５月８－１０日（金―日&...5月2－4日は尾瀬の...
