Peanut Butter Oat Cookies. 1 3/4 cups of oats. 1/3 cup of coconut sugar. 1/4 cup of homemade pb. A splash of water. 1 Firstly, blend oats thoroughly until you get a consistency of flour. 2 Add other ingredients and blend until you get a thick, a bit gooey mass. 3 Line the baking tray with baking paper. 4 Split the mass into several tiny parts (I made 18 cookies), roll each one into a ball and flatten them on the baking paper. 6 Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. 1 small, very ripe avocado.
