Get Informed About Bipolar. It’s bittersweet to be clinically diagnosed with bipolar II. Bitter that I’ve been told I have a lifetime medical condition that is highly stigmatized. Sweet that there is a name to my difficulties and that I can hope for stability with the proper support. Prior to my diagnosis, I lived a regular life until my mental health issues surfaced to the point that I couldn’t ignore them.
