Tuesday, July 29, 2014. HAPPY - A visit by the Postman. A song hitting our airwaves at the moment is Happy by Pharrell Williams. It is a catchy tune and you find yourself smiling and bopping along listening to it. As many of you know it has been a bit of a tough start to the year for us with my husband losing his job and being unemployed for six months (thankfully now employed again). It has meant a change to our lifestyle and pretty much a nil budget for miniatures. This is what that parcel contained:.

Sunday, September 7, 2014. So far this weekend I have avoided all the housework that needs doing but it is now getting the better of me and I really must get on with it. Before I get out the vacuum, cloths and cleaners though I want to give you an update on the Del Prado kitchen. I have fast come to the conclusion I cannot keep the house true to the Del Prado original design. I just wouldn't be happy with it. The hutch below is the kitchen cupboard that came with the kit:. This table will also be replace...

Shed on the Pond's Blog. Hobby’s Metal Windows. Posted by Lee Higgins. September 25, 2014. May 22, 2016. I was contacted by a member of Dolls House’s Past and Present. About a Metal Window Kit. The window is made of cast metal and quite heavy compared with the Triang ones. Although it stated it was a kit, it came ready-made. This is where you can see there is quite different from a Triang window, which is clearer to see in the picture below. Opening view from the back. Comparison of Triang window and Hob...

Myrtle Manor Miniatures: January 2015
http://myrtlemanorminiatures.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 24, 2015. I'm creating a little patch of fantasy where the residents are into 'fantasy upcycling'. My husband came up with that title for this project. I decided I wanted to keep on with experimenting with polymer clay today, especially after seeing Jane's recent inspirational post on her creations:. Http:/ minifanaticus.blogspot.co.nz/2015/01/etsy-miniatures-and-time-management.html. Then I saw the lid of a little box and for some reason I thought 'briefcase'. Tuesday, January 13, 2015.

Sunday, March 8, 2015. It Was Supposed to Be a Pretty Flower Planter! Left a comment on my previous blog post this morning which included the words:. And now I foresee an extraordinary increase of the miniature snail population in New Zealand. I had to have a little chuckle to myself as indeed yesterday some little snails did take up residence in my craft room and I am sure there will be more to come. Once again thank you Jane.
