Monday, June 20, 2011. A new girl from far away. This beautiful girl arrived a few days ago from the UK. She's an Obvious Zebra custom with a Tarts and Tea scalp and every bit as lovely as I thought she'd be. Zebra called her Sitka, but I don't know that it will be staying. I had planned on doing a review of Vanilla when she arrived, but as I stupidly clicked BIN without checking the listing properly, my Vanilla is naked and I saved a whole $10. Note to self - read the listing before committing to buy, Noob! So at any rate, I can't comment on her stock, which did look quite cute. Thursday, January 27, 2011. Well known Blyther Aveuch has written a fabulous hair washing tutorial that you can find here. It's quite different to the method that I normally use and uses human hair products instead of fabric softener. His Amarylis Aimee always looks so good (and Amarylis has notoriously frizzy hard to manage hair) so guess what I have been doing today. Wednesday, 6 March 2013. Think Ive got my mojo back! Today I went shopping at one of my favourite places for fabric and crafts. Sew Simple at Taverham Garden Centre near Norwich. It has THE BEST selection of quilting fabrics and also pretty dam near the biggest. I was really surprised, pleased, impressed and also slightly annoyed ( as I'd just bought a load from America) to see they stocked the full "sew retro notions" range by the Henley Studio. So I bought the one that I was missing lol.

Things got really busy with work and I didn't seem to have any time for anything else and bizarrely I didn't seem to have any money either so both making and collecting Blythe clothes were put on the back burner.
