Tips and Tricks: Get a drying rack for when the prosciutto pieces are done. It’ll keep the pieces crunchy. Pairs well with: Topping on potato salad. 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Domesticating one Sunday at a time. First thought that comes to mind: Made these for Father’s Day last year and they were a hit! Great for: Vegetarian salad minus the prosciutto crisps. Inspiration: Produce in season right now. Tips and Tricks: Beets are so easy to roast. Clean them, drizzle olive oil on them, wrap them in foil and stick them in the oven for 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Recipe on how to roast them coming soon. Pairs well with: Goat cheese and crackers. 1 cup of chopped red beets.

Tips and Tricks: You don’t always need to make things from scratch. Fancy dishes up by adding a touch of crab. Pairs well with: Crispy piece of toast. Add a bit of crab to the top as garnish. Serve with bread if desired.
