Wednesday, October 1, 2014. This recipe is perfect for a quick lunch and has endless possibilities! Fresh, healthy and completely satisfying! Hummus (I love a roasted garlic version). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush the pita with olive oil and sprinkle with the greek seasoning. Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
