Où trouver nos vins? Le Cuvier et les chais à barriques. Pendant cette première phase fermentaire, deux remontages sont effectués par jour et jusqu’à la disparition des sucres. Après la fermentation malo-lactique, les vins sont alors entonnés en barrique. Ceux issus des presses sont rigoureusement sélectionnés et assemblés en fonction de leur qualité. Ils contribueront à la hauteur de 10 à 15% à l’assemblage du vin en janvier.

Où trouver nos vins? Le vignoble de Château Domeyne s’étend sur une surface de 8,3 hectares et se situe autour du vignoble du Château Calon-Ségur. L’encépagement de Château Domeyne est constitué de 40% de cabernet sauvignon, 60% de merlot avec des vignes de 40 ans de moyenne d’âge.
