Feminine Wear: My Menopause Support
http://femininewear.blogspot.com/2012/01/my-menopause-support.html
Thursday, 19 January 2012. I woke up today feeling really rough after a heavy day of bleeding yesterday. I don't think I have ever had a period like it, and I must say it shocked me. The gushing reminded me of the post childbirth bleeds when my little newborns suckled at the breast for the first few feeds, but without the pain of the uterus contracting. I don't normally post about my own issues on my Facebook page. But not practical today. I have that planned for this evening, though. I was advis...I hav...

Feminine Wear: July 2011
http://femininewear.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, 3 July 2011. Yesterday you all read about the not so fun experience at the tip. There was an issue with the plastic bottles and they were expecting me to put them in with the household waste. I had an "altercation" with 3 of the workers about it and ended up bringing home the bottles! As I drove home I could feel myself shaking with anger and frustration. Anyone who knows me knows that I very rarely get angry. But to be angry enough to shake shocked me. Then as I was thinking up ideas I remembere...

Feminine Wear: May 2011
http://femininewear.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Monday, 2 May 2011. I have 4 children. This is my birth story for my 3rd child, Fiona. She is 4 years old. I call her our miracle baby as she was born after me being given a 10% chance of falling pregnant. After the first 2 children were born, I was sterilised. I had the sterilisation reversed when I was 40 years old. Because my first 2 babies were born early I advised that this one could be different. But, I always had a feeling she would be early. When the head engaged at about 32 weeks I knew&...If I ...

Cloth Menstrual Pads

Saving the earth one period at a time! Entries by tag: vendor - domino pads. In need of experienced user opinion. January 23rd, 2015. I'm just getting into reusable menstrual products and after looking over everything, I think I could use some opinions from seasoned users. I currently use Always Ultra-Thins and it handled a sudden and heavy start to my period for a half hour to an hour without much problem. How would it compare to cloth liners? Tags: beginner/new to cloth. Cloth pads - absorbency. I love...
