My Bloggie Thingie: August 2010
http://hemacken.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 18, 2010. Would you believe that it's been 10 YEARS! I know, I can't believe it! Sometimes it seems like. It was just yesterday. Other times it feels like TEN l-l-l-l-o-o-o-o-n-n-n-n-g-g-g-g years! We did the church thing. We did the picture thing. Even if we felt like goofballs. We did the family thing. We did the wedding party thing. And then we did the celebrating! Three and a half years later. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). East Coast, Canada. Callums Bits of Wisdom.

My Bloggie Thingie: So, are you happy to be home?!?
http://hemacken.blogspot.com/2010/01/so-are-you-happy-to-be-home.html
Friday, January 22, 2010. So, are you happy to be home? That's the number one question we get! Seriously thinking of answering the question with, "NO! Just to see what kind of reaction I would get. Yes, we are happy to be home. The next question is; " Is it everything you hoped it would be? Ah, I guess. We didn't really know what to expect. The last time we lived here, we were not married, Geordie was not around and we were students rather than professionals. Much different life! 1km (6mile) each way.

Walking to school I go to hold Geordie's hand, he says, "no thank you! It kind of gives me the creeps.". We're having a little trouble with Geordie and girls. There are just too many of them! Well, he loves waiting around for her, and walking home with her. One day Geordie and ...

A couple of the father's had to help me out. One noticed the Georgia license plate and commented. I will admit to saying, ' yes. With a slight drawl. But our real usage of the USA/Canadian difference is in parenting. We have been known to say such things as;. No, they do not allow that in Canada! Links to this post. We coul...

Tuesday, February 23, 2010. Bunny Hill or Ski Bunny? Last week on what was 'Family Day' we all went skiing. It was my first time. Never really thought of skiing as being my thing. Thing is we have a trip coming up, a ski trip, for March Break. We all know that Geordie can ski, remember? So, last Monday up to Martock. Then there is ...

http://hemacken.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 23, 2009. Maybe those NRA guys aren't that bad. Recently we have been having many phone calls from the NRA. Usually we have not been home to answer, or I did not get to the phone in enough time. Today I did;. Hello, could I speak to Mr Wright please. I'm sorry, he's not here right now. Can I take a message. No, that's okay, we'll call at another time. Can I ask who is calling. The National Rifle Association. I will admit, hearing that was a little weird. Links to this post. My Bloggie Thingie: September 2009
http://hemacken.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 21, 2009. Lots to do, trying not to get sidetracked. As well as packing and dealing with all the paperwork also trying to get resume up and at'em as well as looking for work. So, trying to stay away from my cute little computer. Geordie's doing well. He goes back and forth between wanting to go and not wanting to go. Most of the time he is more for the 'wanting to go' side but once in awhile he gets a little teary-eyed at the thought of leaving his friends. Off to be somewhat useful!
