Thursday, 28 May 2015. 如果我的人生終結在今天，那麼，我想說，我很遺憾，很多想做的事情都沒有完成。 好多事情想做，好多地方想去，光是用手指頭數一數，便發現原來十個手指頭都不夠用。 一直想去學瑜珈，一直想要有個例行的（例如每天的）瑜珈生活習慣。 一直想要學習法語、日語（最近也愛上義大利文🇮🇹）卻總是開始了而無疾而終。 好多想去的地方，那些美麗的，為人所知、或不為人所知的地方。 好想多了解這個世界，看看那些「國家地理頻道」介紹過的地方，這個我們居住的星球。 好想親身體驗第三世界國家，幫助那些需要被幫助的人民，想去當個志願者，或許這樣能讓自己學會更珍惜當下的生活和現在擁有的一切。 人來到世界上，好的、不好的，都應該嚐一嚐。 趁著健康、還有體力的時候，好想身體力行，去感受這個世界。摸摸、看看、走走、呼吸呼吸，感受不一樣的風情、文化、生活。 如果說人的一生是100歲，那麼，我已經過完了1/3的人生。回望過去，總覺得我的人生圍繞著看似有意義卻實際上沒有意義的事情上打轉。 工作，說到底，是為了生存，得失心態不應該放太重。 Sunday, 24 May 2015. 我會寄我的專輯給我的鋼琴老師...

Tuesday, 21 July 2015. 组成] 熟地15 当归15 白芍10 川芎8. 补血最快的方式，就是从月经结束那一天起每天喝四物汤，连喝3天。（. 注：虽然市面上也有卖方便冲泡的四物汤，但自己去中药店抓药，再用小砂锅炖汤的感觉是不可代替的！）. 当归、熟地、川芎、白芍各15克。 在所有药材里先加入适量的酒，再加水煎煮即可。4碗煮成一碗。 早晚空腹饮用，任何温度都可以，但是药材煮过之后最好不要放置隔夜再煮。 补血调血，不仅能改善面色苍白、肌肤粗糙等状况，还能使发质变得润泽。 当归的首要功效就是补血调经，此外还有泽颜润肤的功效，在保护女性健康方面扮演着极其重要的角色。 能对付女性脸色苍白、头晕目眩、月经不调，与当归配伍还能增强当归的补血、活血疗效。 既为妇科主药，又是治疗头痛良方，还能影响内分泌系统，减轻乳房不适、心情焦虑及沮丧等经前症状。 12298;唐本草》说它“益女子血”，现代中医认为它能够养血柔肝，对月经不调有着很好的疗效。 煮四物汤时，放一把红枣、枸杞下去。 3、可与鸡爪一起炖，这样汤里会有很多胶质，对皮肤很好。 转至：微信“我是煲汤女王”. Sunday, 30 August 2015. 用一頓色彩繽紛的晚餐來結束這個週末～ 快樂的時間總是過得太快，不管起得多早，週末的每一天總是眨眼之間就過去了。 今天做個西菜中吃，水煮好的義大利面鋪底，肉末炒雜蔬，拌著菜汁淋在面上。 木耳用水煮3分鐘，瀝乾，鋪在盤底；肉末冬菇炒香，加水，醬油，最後打欠收汁，淋在木耳上。 Saturday, 29 August 2015. 麵包店小小的不起眼，門面小小的，裡頭也小小的，就算從門口經過也很容易錯過。可是，就是這家不起眼的麵包店，做出了很好吃的麵包。 今天來的時間是下午3點，麵包還是剛出爐暖暖的，我買了3個。架上還有這些選擇：.
