It’s always interesting what you can find on the beach in Dorset! This is Antony Gormley’s Land sculpture that can be found below Clavell Tower in Kimmeridge Bay. This sculpture is looking out to sea and was being passed by the local surfers going out to catch some waves. It would be good to see it on a really rough stormy day catching his/her own waves.

A lovely stroll along Poole Quay brought me to the the RNLI station and the old lifting bridge just in time to hear the bells go for the bridge. There was loads of out going traffic heading past the quay towards Poole Harbour and, no doubt, into The Solent and further afield. It must be a Friday before a summer’s sunny weekend? June 16, 2015.
