Tuesday, January 20, 2009. So the rule is you have to blog Christmas pretty quickly because after a couple of weeks pass you have no desire to blog it at all. I am shocked that I feel that way because we really had a great Christmas, but I have been really tempted to skip it, but since I do want a record of all the fun I guess I better just get it done. My kids are in a horrible habit of looking at things online on KSL classifieds and for some reason don't seem to understand that just because an animal is FREE doesn't mean they get to have it. Imagine Maleah's dismay when she called on 10 FREE gerbils and was told NO, even though all we had to do was go to Provo to pick them up. Why wouldn't a mother do that? Saturday, September 5, 2009. Mike and Gretas Wedding. Mike and Greta got married in the Mount Timpanogos Temple. When Greta walked into the room I had to hold back tears. She looked so beautiful. It is such a reward as a YW leader to see your girls find good young men and marry them in the temple. I can't wait to remind her of that on her wedding day! She's colored my carpet with markers, painted it with yogurt, smushed play-doh into it, and she likes to dump out bags of things like gold fish and cereal, CRUSH, GRIND, and SMASH them into tiny crumbs, then dance their remains into the carpet!
