Pucon itself seems to mainly consist of tour operators, with every type of outdoor activity you'd want on offer - the main ones are volcano climbing and white water rafting, but there's a fair bit else available - from paintball to fishing to flying foxes to something called ' HydroSpeed. Depuis novembre 2014, l’Agence de la biomédecine a initié une nouvelle campagne de communication pour encourager les dons de spermatozoïdes et les dons d’ovocytes, des actes solidaires qui permettent à des couples infertiles de connaître le bonheur d’être parents. Son objectif est de recruter davantage de "Donneurs de bonheur" et de répondre ainsi aux besoins des couples infertiles qui doivent recourir à une assistance médicale à la procréation avec don de gamètes.
