My dining note in Helsinki. ２０１０年２月にヘルシンキに引っ越してきました。日本を離れて早１０数年、ここは４カ国目です。イギリス、シンガポール、タイそして出張や旅行で訪れた数々の国で、おいしいものに出会いました。きっとフィンランドでもいろいろな発見があるはずと期待をこめて、このブログを始めます。 Kimoto and Samurai - きものとさむらい. お料理の先生のお宅で、たまに爪楊枝を使ったのだけど、それがSAMURAIとKIMONOというパッケージに入っていました。KIMONOは両側がとがった爪楊枝、SAMURAIは片方だけの日本で普通にあるやつ。SAMURAIのほうが強いのだそうだ。スーパーに行ったら、案の定SAMURAIとKIMONOがそのまま売られていた。爪楊枝はみんなこの名前。 なんでこの名前なの？名前の由来がいまだわからず。ご存知の方教えてください。 Why this naming? My teacher didn't know and I have not found the reason Please tell me if you know why!
