Don Kim - blog. July 18, 2007, Photography 101. Have I written about the photography lesson that Randy gave me and Su a few weeks ago? I don’t think I have… Anyway, Su and I were badgering Randy with all sorts of questions regarding photography. Apparently, he thought we were n00b enough that we needed a basic, photography 101 type of lesson. He was absolutely right. Here’s a diagram that he drew for us:. Don Kim - blog. Maintaining playlist order on a 6th generation iPod nano. More for my own reference than anything else, here. Is how to maintain the same playlist order for Smart Playlists on a 6th generation iPod nano. Wow, it’s been a while since I last posted anything. Lots of new things happening in my life right now – new job, new car, new city, new friends. Slowly getting acclimated to all of these changes, I really need to post an update soon… :). Don Kim - blog. IPhone 6: how a larger screen could work. In response to WSJ’s story. On the iPhone 6 having a bigger screen, Gruber asked. Ldquo;what are the pixel dimensions of these bigger screens? Rdquo; For whatever reason, I was thinking on this earlier and realized that, yes, the iPhone 6. Have a bigger screen… and here’s how they might do it. The iPhone 5/c/s has a resolution of 1136 by 640; would having a resolution of 2272 by 1280 be out of the question for an iPhone 6? It can come out with.

Facebook Home - Don Kim - blog
http://blog.donkim.org/post/47144152719/facebook-home
Don Kim - blog. The interface for Facebook Home looks clean and the animation is bouncy and playful. As you can see on The Verge’s hands-on video. Facebook Home looks and feels pretty good. Android being open allowed Facebook to innovate on it like this, and Facebook has done a great job making Facebook front and center of the Android experience. Me, personally, I feel it’s a little too. April 04, 2013, 7:20pm. Larr; Previous post. Next post →. Don Kim, 2011.

Don Kim - blog. ESPN on the iPad, forcing orientation change. I like using my iPad in the portrait orientation, especially when I’m reading something. One of the sites I visit most is ESPN’s NBA site. And I’m appalled at what the site forces me to do to read summaries of games. Yup, it makes me switch to landscape orientation. Here’s what I get after switching over:. March 20, 2012, 3:35pm. Larr; Previous post. Next post →. Don Kim, 2011.

Wireless shutter for my Canon 40D - Don Kim - blog
http://blog.donkim.org/post/46883578345/wireless-shutter-for-my-canon-40d
Don Kim - blog. Wireless shutter for my Canon 40D. I just got this in the mail from Amazon. A Satechi remote control shutter. Non-affiliated Amazon link] for Canon DSLRs. Besides being able to take pictures “wirelessly”, you can set this device to take pictures at set intervals (say, every 15 seconds) and adjust exposures and delays. This will be perfect for taking night shots and time-lapse photos and, at only $60, won’t break the bank. Here are some more pics of the device. April 01, 2013, 6:25pm.
