My corner of the world. Saturday, December 31, 2005. The past few days have been really hot {in the high 30's} and today the forecast is for 42c which is going to be stinking hot. I'm guessing we'll be spending the day in Kaia's wading pool! In all honesty, I haven't really felt bothered by the heat {unlike some who have been getting cranky as the mercury rises} We've spent the past few days just chilling in the shade while Kaia frolics in her pool. So I sort of fell of my daily blogging promise, oops, let me try to get back on track although things will be hectic for the next few days so it might be a bit of a challenge :). Playgroup was great on Tuesday, one of the mums brought in some scones (plain ones with jam and cream as well as some cheese and herb ones) which were very yummy! She also brought in some satchets of nescafe caramel cappucinos for us to enjoy so we were very spoilled :).
