Our major goal in this field of study is that of preparing our student for the responsibility of balancing career and family. Providing nutritious meals for family members should be one of the major goals of any homemaker. Most cookbooks have recipes that are too involved and detailed for the busy homemaker. Using the knowledge that I have gained from two degrees in home economics, many of my recipes use five or fewer ingredients. My receipes are easy to make call for no unusual ingredients.
