But, I'm prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt. It could be he was scheduled to go in and see his Gastro for a sigmoidoscope and wanted to punk his Doctor! Call him him up! One of the first benefits I noticed when I initially started at The Yoga Space, with the calmness and breath control, was that my Ulcerative Colitis ceased to be a problem.
