Monday, February 28, 2011. K and K in the Kitchen. I'd like to introduce you to our two fermented sisters. On the left is Kombucha and on the right is Kefir. They both promise us to live happily every after if taken everyday.which we do cheerfully. We turn our kefir into morning fruit and/or green smoothies and we drink small glasses of the kombucha throughout the day. Kefir is a fermented milk product.very similar to yogurt. You know how yogurt is good for you? Our long life blend:. Couple of ice cubes.

Monday, August 26, 2013. I can't believe we are at the end of another year! Donnie completed all of his applications and sent them out last month. He Applied to 32 schools, but not all were hiring this year. He just wanted to get his info out there so they would be familiar with him down the road.
