In my research I found a fair amount of positive as well as negative reviews of the fast. But out of all that I read, fatigue seems to be the most serious side-effect. Well, I don't plan on being fatigued. Do I plan on taking the advice of "taking it easy" while on the fast? Have you done the Master Cleanse diet?
