http://michelleandjoebrunjes.blogspot.com/2009/08/one-week-down.html
A Mouse, A Man and Their Monkey. Saturday, August 22, 2009. Well, we're one week into the new preschool year and so far, so good. Afton is in the 4 year old class this year. She goes 5 days a week from 9 to 1, and she LOVES it. I asked her if she had fun on her first day and she said "It was awesome! When Joe picked her up on Wednesday she asked if they could stop at McDonald's for an ice cream cone. When he said "Well, what color did you get today? Hey - whatever works! She's recognizing rhyming words, ...

Blessings in our lives. Friday, June 24, 2011. A fun outting down at BYU. We packed a lunch and had a fun outing with our friends the Patterson's. We were all so impressed with all that we saw. Here's Nathanael with his pal Jonathan. They've been friends since they were 3. Joshua taking it all in. He loved this mural. He's so shocked he froze! Here's a femur bone. Joshua had to compare his own. That's one big dinosaur! He loved it so much he had to sketch it. This was the head of a crocodile! July 7, 201...

Blessings in our lives...: My trip to Texas
http://refuat.blogspot.com/2011/06/my-trip-to-texas.html
Blessings in our lives. Sunday, June 19, 2011. My trip to Texas. My boys weren't too sure about me leaving for 10 days. I can't blame them. This was a first. Daddy and Grandma Taufer were going to make sure they were well taken care of and had lots of fun. We arrived to find the twins sleeping in their swings! This was going to be fun! We jumped right in helping and getting ready for John's doggie party that night. This was a scene you would see many times a day while we were there. This is what you woul...

A Mouse, A Man & Their Monkey: New Additions
http://michelleandjoebrunjes.blogspot.com/2009/07/new-additions.html
A Mouse, A Man and Their Monkey. Tuesday, July 21, 2009. About a week or so ago we were getting out of the car and Afton said "Mommy, I see a nest! I looked around, but didn't really see any bushes that would be safe enough for a bird to build a nest in, and we only have one smallish tree in our yard - so I thought maybe she meant at Grandma's house or something so all I said was "That's nice". To which she replied, pointing emphatically to our scrawny tree "No, mommy, I see a nest! And noisy, too!

I picked this cute little tote up at The Dollar Store and got some iron-on flowers and letters for her name. The first time we tried this I melted the bag with the iron - oops! The picture isn't the best quality.I took it with my phone, sorry. Hey - whatever works! She already has a homework project that she's been working on, and she loves it! She asks me to copy extra worksh...

Blessings in our lives. Saturday, April 10, 2010. He got a bright green bandage. Now we're ready to go! We had to wait for the next elevator because of his huge bouquet of balloons. Thanks Grandma, Daddy and Staci! After a stop at the pharmacy to get our antibiotic,. We had the long walk to the exit. Through the revolving door and to the car,. On the freeway stuck in traffic, Boo catches a quick nap. As we pull in the garage he is surprised with a welcome home sign. From Daddy and Joshua. Eat, eat, eat!

http://michelleandjoebrunjes.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
A Mouse, A Man and Their Monkey. Sunday, October 26, 2008. Fort Fisher and Becoming a Better Me. I spent a couple hours at Fort Fisher yesterday. It's a rare treat, to be able to spend some time by myself - with just my camera for company; so to speak. I often feel like there are so many other things I should be doing, I'm sure a lot of mothers and wives feel the same way. But I'm so glad I took the time to go out there.it was amazing! Time Out For Women? Friday, October 10, 2008. I'm a Twilight dork!

It has been a whole month since my last post, and not just any month - a very busy one. A month that included a family vacation to Myrtle Beach, my birthday, Afton's Preschool Christmas party and then Christmas! We didn't do any shopping, and only left the hotel for dinner and breakfast. We did stop by Ripley's Aquarium on the way home. Afton loved it! Afton got to spend the ...
