I have plateaued at a loss of 7 pounds.and it's that time of the month (TMI I know). LOL But this is the beginning of phase 2! Hooray. Occasional headaches still plague me, but otherwise I feel good. I am happy that as of today I can start working out again. I love working out but more importantly I am excited to use my jogging stroller tonight! DO NOT GIVE UP!
