Sunday, October 2, 2011. What can I say. It's been over a year. I recently had a colleague tell me that since I am a professional woman with young children.that I should "just give up" the things I do for myself.like the crafts I like.reading for pleasure.etc. I don't like that. So what the hell am I doing? Sometimes I have to remind myself that I am a driven. Oh yeah, and I'm the participatory mother of 3 active children and an equal partner in my marriage and the running of our household. Me in 10 words.

Monday, April 19, 2010. There have been some bright moments.especially with my 3 amazing children. Just look at these beautiful pictures from Easter. Despite all the craziness that is my life, it's easy for me to feel good about it when I get to share it with these little people.inspiring, guiding, and loving them. Hazel couldn't keep from grabbing her shoes. Doesn't she look lovely in these pink tulips? My Calvin and Violet hamming it up for the camera. Violet and Calvin out on the egg hunt.

Saturday, January 28, 2012. Photo Challenge #2: Breakfast. Our second photo challenge was breakfast. Breakfast foods are literally my favorite.ever. This added a bit of pressure, though. Rarely is the food I make very picturesque.and I am the one in this house who usually makes the breakfast. Typically, our weekday breakfast is pretty boring, eaten at different times, and is not very picture-worthy:. Violet - cereal and milk. Calvin - plain cereal with milk on the side. Marcus doesn't even eat breakfast.

July 2, 2009. A few things to share. So, I totally thought gold teeth were out.uh, no, not at the Wendy's drive thru they aren't. I'm not really up to speed on that whole thing, so I'm wondering if the gold/platinum/diamond/what-have-you teeth create some type of protective barrier on your real teeth. It seems to me that they would, so why aren't dentists everywhere advising us to get gold/platinum/diamond/what-have-you teeth? On another note.here is my current to do list:.
