I’ve always found the phrase “ blank , I am in you” treading a fine line of being off-putting at the same time as amusing. I still can’t decide what to make of it. Are there any colloquial phrases like that for you? Some goals I had at the start of the year were. Launch a freelance writing career. Finish revisions and send a query for the novel I finished in November.

I’m not a very fast swimmer, but I’ve come to enjoy it enough to look forward to future triathlons. 1 Strawberry Fields Sprint. In Oxnard on July 18, 2010. Distances: 1/4 mile swim, 12 mile bike, 5K run. I finished in 1:35:00 (one hour, thirty-five minutes). 2 Nautica Malibu Classic. 3 Inaugural Carson Triathlon.

Turning pages while writing. September 24, 2013. Yesterday I built a new shelf to one of our kitchen cabinets. The house we live in was built around 1920 and so are the cabinets. It was kind of fun and challenging to do something completely on my own, I went to buy some material, measured, drilled, painted and now I’m just waiting for the paint to dry. I love when it’s tidy and clean in the kitchen🙂. First I’m off to have a facial, then I’ll what I can do about those unfinished projects. Find a new job.
