Don't Call Me Deb! Wednesday, August 5, 2015. Had a good week of workouts last week. And doing pretty good with my caloric intake. Some days higher than I wanted, but still doing pretty good. I've made it almost 3 weeks without a binge, so I'm making slow progress there. Workouts have been better too. I'm not skipping them because I'm tired.
