I have decided to review some on-the-go snacks to help people navigate the scary (and usually gigantic) grocery store and be able to pick healthy choices. Let’s be honest, in the modern world we do not always have time to cook everything from scratch, even though that would be the most ideal way to live. It was one of my goals to make the perfect butternut squash soup this year – I’ve tried it before, and somehow never quite perfected it. Until now! Butternut Squash Apple Bisque. 2-3 small apples (I used Jonathan, but it’s your choice). 2 cups chicken stock (or veggie stock if you are vegan). 1 cup coconut milk. 1 tsp sea salt.
