Monday, February 28, 2011. Well, here we are. I'm getting ready to do my first workout for this week. Things are good and I feel great. I definitely. Feel stronger and healthier. Not much of a difference in numbers. I weighed and measured myself. Results: 20.72 percent body fat w/Navy Formula. I was feeling good until I started the workout. Started about 10pm, way to late, combined with a hard workout. February 28, 2011 at 10:59 PM. March 1, 2011 at 4:23 PM. March 2, 2011 at 10:27 AM. Ready for Phase II.

Wednesday, December 31, 2008. It was a great, funny ride! We can recommend it to any and all ages. Even the kids would get most of it. Since Adam Sandler became a real life dad it seems he evaluates what kind of movies he does. Anyway, it was a action-packed, laugh-out-loud flick. We took in the 4 pm showing. There were 8 of us in the theater, I think. We were home by 7 pm and in bed by 10:00. But as usual, I can't sleep again so here I am bothering you again. I said, OF COURSE! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

December 31, 2015. Last year, I was going into a new school, which was nerve-racking for me. I think it was mostly strange because I am very weird, so I presume it takes time to get used to. I was worried like all new comers, that no one would like me. Fortunately, that was untrue. I did make friends, people didn’t run and/or scream or anything.
