Upon becoming a vegetarian my mother insisted that I ask my doctor what vitamins I should take in order to keep my health strong and my energy high. Now every time I got to see my doctor she asks, “Have you been taking your Iron and your B12? I always felt like crap. Therefore, it’s extra important for us veggies to take our B12 daily. Wednesday, 23 November 2011. Well Monday nights yoga class was Ah-mazing. So glad I went as I was contemplating a bail.feeling oh so big in the middle these days. But I left feeling incredible.
