Although today was quite balmy comparatively to Thursday and Friday. Yesterday when I woke up the weather channel app on my phone said it was -16 degrees out, and felt like -34. New Life in Old Town. Red Wings to play in Sweden. I found out something yesterday that I found quite exciting. The Red Wings are going to be opening the 2009-10 NHL season in Stockholm, Sweden with 2 games v. St. Louis Blues. Also, the Chicago Blackhawks will be playing 2 games in Helsinki, Finland v. Florida Panthers. VERY COOL. I know the Red Wings have about 7 Swedes on their roster, and will definitely have a great turn out there. I wonder if there is a way for me to find tickets? I am Alpha Gam.
