Dont wanna be human. Monday, August 5, 2013. Baked Chickpea Kofta Tacos with Avocado and Harissa. What I particularly found appealing when I was drafting and assembling the dish is that the koftas are baked instead of fried, meaning less mess and it cuts down on the cooking time.
