When I went to college, I played table tennis and a little bit of basketball during my freshman year but after that short stint I wasn’t able to give time for any kind of sport. It all boiled down to priorities and the lack of opportunity to play. Don't Wine to Mommy! Staying sober and sane. Did I really not write on my one year soberversary? I am so glad I finally committed to this! So many times this year, while in challenging situations, I thought to myself – thank god I’m not drinking or this would be so much worse. My only regret is that I didn’t quit years ago as not drinking is no big deal once the ball is rolling. You don’t really realize that though until you commit to sobriety. Looking forward to to another happy, hangover-free year.
