The Hive: Alone?
http://rowsted-taiters.blogspot.com/2014/01/alone.html
Wednesday, January 29, 2014. So we are going to Arizona in a few weeks and I've been preparing ahead of time. Yeah, I've been thinking about the food. And I've been thinking about things we need for the 5th wheel. No, haven't been packing. No, haven't cleaned the 5th wheel. No, haven't actually put our time into the vacation schedule. And no, I haven't even thought about mapping out the kids' school work. But I have been preparing. I've been putting this time to good use. How? January 29, 2014 at 7:06 PM.

Our Happily Ever After: September 2010
http://ourhappilyeverafterblog.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 24, 2010. 10 things I love about him. Hey, better late than never, right? He never yells or loses his temper. It never ceases to amaze me. This has always been my very most favorite thing. 2 He loves in gifts. He can't take the kids anywhere without getting them something special. It makes them feel so special and I think. 3 He is a strong leader. He's not afraid to let me run with something. Or to put me in my place. He never lets me get away with any crap. And, yes, I do love that!

The Hive: September 2013
http://rowsted-taiters.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 1, 2013. I did something tonight that I've never done. Tonight I packed away my babies burp cloths for the last time. Oh, I've packed them away before. But tonight was different. Tonight I knew I would not take them out and use them again. Is it weird that I feel so sentimental about some 9-year-old rags? But it was not some dirty old rags that I tucked away in some box. Tonight, I tucked away my babes. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Our Life.*One day at a time*. Friday, November 15, 2013.

Tuesday, February 11, 2014. I love you. I just love you. And I love all the people.except Mommy. And I love myself too, God.". Avril, February 8, 2014. Poor, poor Mommy! But Mommies have so many ways of getting even. Oh, but alas, it is our love for them that keeps us from doing just that. February 13, 2014 at 1:57 PM. In her defense, she uses except and especially interchangeably. Love that girl soo much! February 13, 2014 at 6:53 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Our Life.*One day at a time*.

The Hive: Adam
http://rowsted-taiters.blogspot.com/2014/01/adam.html
Monday, January 27, 2014. Time for Adam's birthday post. I know it's late but at least it's still the same month as his birthday. I will add pictures later today. I still need to take actual "portraits" of them but I have some of Adam opening his gifts on his birthday.). January 6, 2014, 9-years-old. What is your favorite color? What is your favorite toy? What is your favorite stuffed animal? My teddy bear, my old one. What is your favorite thing to sleep with? My smelly teddy bear. I'm in the Lord's Army.

The Hive: July 2013
http://rowsted-taiters.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 30, 2013. Rowan's first soccer game was sometime in May. It is the only game of his season that I photographed. But I'm so glad I did. Keep your eye on number 2 with the red socks. That's our boy and we're pretty proud of him. We love Coach Brady. He did an excellent job with the kids and Rowan learned a lot. Adam's goal is to be taller than Brady someday. Rowan says, "Ummmm, I think I'll just be taller than Daddy.". Those are my boys, the optimist and the realist. Good job, guys. I know th...

Least Expectations: October 2011
http://leastexpectations.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 21, 2011. Forces to Reckon With. I love to design stuff. I love to try to figure out how to make an idea work better. So, I got done with a design that took about two day's time to work out, and as a precaution, I reversed the load and the fixture - applied the force and the holding fixture 180 degrees opposite. But it totally failed. In a moment of hightened tension (perhaps I need to get out more) I hit print and took the image to my boss. He said, "what do you think is wrong? It does n...

The Hive: August 2013
http://rowsted-taiters.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 23, 2013. In about fifty years(give or take a couple of decades), no one will remember you. Everyone you know will be dead. Certainly no one will care what job you had, what car you drove, what school you attended, or what clothes you wore.". And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and you shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.". Is ther...

Least Expectations: Oceanic Proportions
http://leastexpectations.blogspot.com/2011/09/oceanic-proportions.html
Thursday, September 22, 2011. NASA scientists are trying to quantify the salinity of the oceans with a new satellite. The greater the salinity of the water, the greater the density. Dense water sinks. Cold water sinks. As water freezes in the poles, the salt is left in the unfrozen water below, leaving it more saline and colder - sinking down into deep currents to well up again closer to the equator.
