Band photos published in various issues of Skyscraper. Combining 2 of my great loves, live music and photography, I've often taken a camera or two to watch bands perform. Turns out a hand full of the thousands of band photos I've taken were appreciated well enough to make it into public circulation. The Lightning Bolt portrait also made it onto wikipedia. Various cameras, film stocks, and sweat.

Photo of Lightning Bolt published in the Dec 2003 issue of Spin magazine Note:. Took a bunch of pics of Lightning Bolt. In Phoenix, Arizona in October of 2003, and one of the photo editors at Spin. Wanted one for an article. Cha-ching! So close I could smell Brian Chippendale's feet. One of the few bands kind enough to play amongst their audience. Loved every minute! Canon, off-camera flash, earplugs.
