Wednesday, January 15, 2014. NTC Workout Week 2. Started week 2 of my Get Lean Beginner Program on NTC and definitely feeling slightly stronger. My diet is still the same as last year, no real big changes there since I've been eating healthy anyway. The only difference is I probably eat less. The sugar cravings have also subsided plus I've been drinking more water. Friday, January 10, 2014. Sunday, January 5, 2014. Thirty years later, I sit and wonder what would have happened if I took said classes?

Sunday, January 25, 2015. This year started off rocky at work. I feel extremely overworked and exhausted. If it continues this way for the next couple of months, I will age 10 years too soon. My solution? Work-wise, no idea. I guess I just have to be more vigilant and conscientious even more than I have been. I need to be systematic but also keep myself educated. I love discovering new places, eating lots of new food and knowing more about different cultures and their ways of living. Because life is not always how we want it to turn out, I decided to make a travel bucket list - places I'd love to visit before I die. This is not in any particular order. 4 Santorini (ok, all of Greece). 5 Italy - Positano, Florence, Rome, Venice, Vatican City.

Saturday, December 21, 2013. Four days til Christmas. Christmas is my favorite holiday. I love the songs, the decorations and all the food but best of all, I love all the family get-togethers. Unfortunately for me, I am on the wrong coast for the second Christmas in a row. Sigh. My wish this Christmas is to spend next Christmas in Los Angeles with my family and friends. Saturday, June 6, 2015. It's nice to be home. I recently moved back to Los Angeles after 5 years in New York City. I've got to say it's been nice. I haven't really done much except workout and go to job interviews. Seriously loving funemployment. At the moment but I know this can't last much longer. There are still bills to be paid and money to be made! I actually get to have this time to get to know the LA studios that participate in ClassPass. How do you figure out your workout schedule?
