How could I have been pregnant in the first place? And how could I have had a miscarriage? I’ve always been extremely healthy. I respect authority, follow most of the rules, eat healthier than the average American, go to church, pray, etc., etc. Shouldn’t that be rewarded with a healthy pregnancy? Did I do something wrong?
