Monday, April 01, 2013. I'm going to be honest here.this blog is the last thing on the priority list these days. Why Shannon? What do you have going on? Well other than growing another human, taking care of 2 little boys, and teaching preschool, I have started a new job. As of March 10th, I am now the Sunday morning preschool coordinator at our church. My job is to oversee and develop the Sunday morning ministry to our preschoolers and their fa. Sunday, February 02, 2014. Amelia @ 7 months. This past month Amelia has really transitioned out of the newborn phase in my eyes. She is sitting on her own. She sits in the floor and actually plays with toys. Loves to jump in her Johnny Jump Up. She is still nursing but has added quite the repertoire of solid foods. She has tried and loves: avocado, kale, applesauce, pear sauce, carrots, green beans, asparagus, zucchini, sweet potatoes, bananas, chicken, cantaloupe, cheerios. Loves to take her socks off.

Monday, August 12, 2013. Amelia @ 1 Month. At 1 month, our sweet girl:. Weighs 11 lbs. 5 oz (93 %ile) and is 23 in. long (99 %tile) She is the size of an average 3 month old. Wears 0-3 month clothes, but is starting to move into 3-6. Is a great nurser; she eats every 2.5-3 hours. Has reflux like her brothers and takes Axid 2x a day for it. Sadly the medicine stops her up, and she only poops once a week. The doctor says that's ok though. Is a great sleeper at night, usually only waking once. On June 28, 2...

Wednesday, January 01, 2014. Amelia @ 6 months. Happy half birthday to our sweet Amelia! This past year has been one of the fast of my life. Overall Amelia is a sweet easy going baby. She lights up a room with her chipmunk eyes and killer smile. We are all just smitten with her! Weighs 15 lb and 11.4 oz (53%). Is 265 inches long (75%). Has a 43 cm head (60%). Has just started wearing 6-9 month clothes. Is still nursing every 3-4 hours. Sleeping through the night. Has started sitting up on her own.

Tuesday, December 03, 2013. This little boy is so full of life that you can't help but smile when you see him. At 3, he:. Weighs 37.2 lbs. Is 375 in tall. Wears 3T clothes, size 9 shoe. Was potty-trained around 2 1/2 and is even now sleeping in underwear at night. Still sleeps with his dog Woofie every night. He sleeps in the top bunk of he and Owen's bunk beds. Is silly, often making up nonsense words or funny sounds. Loves to play make-believe, often being a dog, a superhero, or a knight. We are family...
