However, I did manage to do a bit of snack experimentation this week. I love cashews. I love curry. Light bulb - Curried Cashews! After making these, my kitchen may or may not have smelled like the Indian restaurant by my work that I have been known to frequent. And by smell I mean smelled for days. Which I don't mind so much. So if you don't like curry, you won't find these cashews tasty or nose pleasing. But I sure did. 2 cups raw cashews. Juice of 1 lemon. 2 tbsp. curry powder. 2 tbsp. raw honey.

Paleo Challenge Day 34 - Crock Pot Swiss Steak Recipe. Beefy home cooking made easy. I oven roasted some brussel sprouts to serve along side the steak. My belly was happy. So was the hubby's.
