I ♥ Halloween. We had SO much fun this year! 160; Tons of fun parties, play dates, boo at the zoo, trick-or-treating and the best treat of all, a visit from my mom, sister and niece! 160; The boys dressed up as fireman, and to go along with the theme, baby girl was a Dalmatian puppy. Excuse the picture of a picture, it was the only good one I had of all tree of them! Fall Funfest at church was every bit as much fun as had been promised from our very first visit! The boys have recently developed an obsession with fire trucks. So, when we found out that Chick-fil-a was hosting a fire event right down the street from our house, we knew we would have to take the boys to see the trucks. They loved it and even though it was about a billion degrees outside, they didn’t seem to notice and we had to drag them away at the end! Posted by The 4 Pierces. Just me and the Boys. Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Last year I was given a great book to read about the importance of encouraging your kids throughout the day. I mean who doesn't love a little boost to make your heart happy. I can remember my mom writing on my napkin I would unfold it very carefully(imagine Charlie looking for the GOLDEN TICKET) and find stick figures holding flowers or a simple I love you! The awesome book- shared with another mommy of a new K5 student. 2nd day of school love from his BFF.

February 7th our sweet boys turned 3! 160; It is so hard to believe how quickly the time has passed. It truly feel like it was yesterday that we were praying for their safe arrival. We were blessed with two beautiful and healthy babies that have grown into the most amazing little boys! He is so intelligent and can “read” several of his books. He reads Goodnight Moon every night. Saturday we went to Hunter's birthday party at Runway Cafe. This is the first time we have ever been here. All of the kids loved it and had a great time. Hello from Little Rock! We had a wonderful time during our two week stay in South Carolina. Going back home made me realize how very much I miss my friends and family. It’s so funny how I can get in my crazy day to day routine here and not really think about it, but being back there, and spending time with so many special people made me homesick even though I was at home! Their favorite thing to do was play on the tractor {they are still talking about it} …. McLean was chased by a goat. It's a mom thing.
