Friday, November 6, 2009. The kids school held Art Night tonight. All of the classes make something to put for sale to raise money for the school to have special art projects. Like a professional artist come and work with all the students to make their own painting, etc. John made a poem about his favorite color and a collage with it in his class. Saturday, July 31, 2010. We had just finished lunch at Mike's and John got cold. He said, "I am so cold I just got the shi* ers". I tried to tell him the correct pronunciation of the word "shivers", but he insisted that he had said it correctly. Mark and I had a great laugh to ourselves. Wednesday, July 7, 2010. Alison's Friend Birthday Party. This year Alison wanted a Luau for her Birthday party. So we invited some of her friends from school over for a wonderful afternoon of fun! They played Hot Coconut!

Sunday, October 23, 2011. This year we invited our friends, the McBrides, over for our annual Halloween dinner. We had a lot of spooky/ yummy food! We also had "Ghost Brains"/ rice and "Zombie Guts"/ Italian Cream Cheese Chicken. I didn't get a picture of them though. The kids really love this tradition. And I really love it too! Saturday, June 26, 2010. Tonight was the kids dance recital. They have been going to Studio One. For a year now. They really love it! We love watching you dance! John with his teacher Brian. Brian also heads up a group of break dancers that perform at the Trail Blazer's games! John, Jason, Alison. Side note- John is not hugging himself. That is how he does his "cool" pose.*. John, Grandpa, Grandma, Alison. John's class' performance was called Robot Rock. Mt Saint Helens and Shopping with the Grandparents.
