This means that tap water becomes a luxury and not accessible to everyone. Some people have to wake at 5 am to fill their buckets, clean clothes, do the chores. Sometimes the water is here for 1 hour. Last month the water was available only for 10 to 15 min a day. It is too short. Lost in the Forest. Louis Point, Matheran, India. Walk to the beach in Goa.
