Tuesday, March 9, 2010. I've had a revelation! It keeps it from getting too hot and burning. So I sliced some bread, sprinkled it with garlic salt, and browned it in hot butter/oil in the skillet. It was FANTASTIC! It turned out perfectly crispy and flavorful. Never again will I heat bread in the oven. So imagine my surprise when he surprised me with a day at the spa. It was amazing! I loved every minute of it and hope to get to do it again!
