Monday, December 15, 2014. School Days are here Again. The big boys both started school this past fall in early August. They enjoy 1 week off for fall and spring breaks and then 3 weeks at Christmas so that means an early start. :) It was a little hectic meeting all the teachers with the little ones in tow! Samuel has received awards for great behavior this year! His writing has improved tremendously. Benjamin is doing well above his age in all his math testing and he is learning writing pretty fast.

Wednesday, December 17, 2014. Our only tree small enough to climb is a little too small! Poor dogwood has 2 enthusiastic boys into climbing. Lots of wind and cold weather had the leaves falling fast this year. We had a decent amount but we did borrow some from the neighbor's maple tree for our leaf pile. Friday, September 16, 2011. We went just as the school year was beginning for most kids so it was nice and quiet! We made sure we made it there in the morning because experience has shown us that from like 11-3 many of the animals sleep! I just told him that the mice were old and that those animals couldn't eat catfood like our cat. So, we followed him around a bit watching him give out food. Celebrating the Quadities of Life. Monday, January 10, 2011. New year, new list of books! Last year I managed to read 24 books! Certainly better than the 19 I read the year before! Still nowhere close to Becky or Michelle, and I assume they both beat me at the Pulitzer race. Also, but that’s okay. The reading is fun no matter what! 1-3 I wish I could burn all copies of this book. 4-6 Had a few things going for it, but definitely not my favorite. 9-10 One of the best, highly recommended. We went to Bosingak belfry for the new year's eve. In korea there are 33 chimes, one for each of the 33 heavens of Buddhism. And there are 10 seconds of interval between them. Sunday, July 29, 2012. Austin is now 3 1/2 months old. He is so much fun. He smiles, talks and laughs. Everyone says he's my chubbiest baby. He's very pleasant. Hardly cries. He's sleeping better, getting up once at night. He still struggles with his tummy and has started spitting up unfortunately. Lilypie - Kids Birthday. Lilypie - Fourth Birthday. Wednesday, September 30, 2015. Last day of preschool. Last spring, Doug was on a kick of taking Corbin fishing almost every Sunday afternoon while Gentry took a nap. They both had such a great time. G and I would go out there once she woke up and she would just try to get as close to the nasty water to see what she could get away with.that one is ALWAYS testing the limits.
