Charlie Griak's Illustration Blog: January 2012
http://charliegriaksblog.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 5, 2012. This is something from last summer that I can now officially post. It is a billboard for Truper tools through an ad agency in Mexico City. Because of the large print size it was created as vector art- which was a fun challenge, especially in creating the clouds. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. CHRIS WHITE: Daniel Johnston
http://christopher-white.blogspot.com/2008/07/daniel-johnston.html
Monday, July 14, 2008. Lately I have been expanding my portfolio to be more editorial friendly. Recently I was inspired by Daniel Johnston and his music. His documentary "The Devil and Daniel Johnston" was astonishing and I highly recommend it to anyone. You will either love or hate his music, and while I'm not the strongest fan of his vocal capabilities I have a great appreciation for the music he has written and the life he has lived. Charlie Griak's Illustration Blog: National Geographic Magazine Illustrations
http://charliegriaksblog.blogspot.com/2009/05/national-geographic-magazine.html
Monday, May 25, 2009. National Geographic Magazine Illustrations. I created these illustrations for the current issue of National Geographic Magazine. Rather than traditionally created botanical illustrations they wanted realistic, very clean, vector graphics to go along with the overall look of the 2 page spread. I was very excited at the opportunity to do this work, as National Geographic is definitely on my list of dream clients. May 28, 2009 at 5:14 AM. That's an amazing client! My short film "Fever".
